If the special request requires additional rendering time and detail work, we may charge more. If the cost exceeds 20%, we will contact you to discuss your needs and negotiate a fair price and deadline.

Delivery times depend on our team receiving, evaluating, and processing your request before sending it to the render team. If you purchase a full plate without special requests, you'll get immediate access. For custom orders, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days, though we often deliver much sooner, sometimes within the same day or the next.

The 3-business-day deadline is the maximum, with most orders delivered faster. Factors that may slow down delivery include processing the request, rendering time, and uploading time. If we cannot meet the deadline for any reason, you will automatically receive full plate access at the highest resolution or a full refund.
