Pre Production

- Client to provide capture specifications:

  • Resolution & Frame rate
  • Final delivery format
  • Desired delivery date

- Clients must share driving routes—starting and ending points through pin drops—as well as the preferred direction and duration, with Radiant at least 48 hours prior to the start of the project.

Equipment Testing

Radiant requires 1 billable day preparation and testing of all equipment prior to the shoot date.

Crew

All crew members are billed based on a 10-hour workday, calculated from portal to portal, starting from zip code 90248.

Production Day

- Guaranteed 10-hour day

  • Hours 1-8 at standard rate (T1)

  • Idle Day (Company Workdays): 10-hour day
  • Idle Day (6th and 7th Days): 10-hour day
  • Prep/Wrap Day: 10-hour day
  • Crew members will be billed portal to portal, based on the duration from departure to return to the office.

Transportation

  • Truck and trailer mileage are billed at $2.00 per mile, from portal to portal.
  • Support vehicle: May be necessary for driving plates that demand live broadcasting and real-time communication with the Array vehicle, entailing an extra charge.

Street Closures / Police Escort

Should the client aim to manage road traffic, they must secure all necessary permits, including police escorts.

Non-Street Closure / Normal Traffic Flow

Conditions with no police escort/street closures in place, Radiant cannot assure uninterrupted flow or prevent congestion; we commit to complying with all traffic regulations and speed limits. The driver operating the camera array/stunt driver must adhere to all traffic laws and speed restrictions.

Weather Conditions

Radiant and the Client will work together to track weather conditions. However, Radiant cannot guarantee specific results. In the event of unforeseen weather changes, Radiant needs at least a 48-hour notice to reschedule.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a fee of 100% of the daily rate.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the daily rate.
  • All cancellations within less than 48 hours are subject to these charges, in accordance with Radiant’s cancellation policy.

Remote Viewing Option

Radiant offers the added option of a live stream, allowing clients to remotely access real-time footage while it's being captured through our partner's platform, Meetmo.io, for an additional fee. This functionality enables instant remote viewing, along with the ability to review and provide feedback effectively. Please note that delivering consistent connectivity for live streaming may pose challenges in remote areas or locations with congested networks due to high population density.

Post Production Services

  1. Footage Download: Client footage is downloaded, typically within 24 hours.
  2. Dailies/Proxy Stitches: Delivered for client review and selection.
  3. Client Selections: Clients mark specific in and out timecodes on the provided Google Doc. (Refer to the sample sheet LINK)
  4. Initial Stabilization: Performed on selected clips.
  5. Final Stitching: Completed after stabilization.
  6. Color Grading: Applied to enhance visual quality.
  7. Rendering: Output to the client's specified format.

  • Steps 2-7 require approximately 24 hours for each minute of client-selected footage to be compiled into the final 360° stitched delivery.

Please note that expedited services beyond our standard delivery timeline, including but not limited to additional stabilization, rig removal, or extra cleanup, will be subject to additional fees.

Hard Drive Storage

  • Client to supply Radiant with two hard drives 24 hours before the shoot begins. One is a working hard drive intended for deliverables to your virtual production stage, requiring high speed and increased capacity. See LINK for recommended high-speed hard drive for your virtual production stage.
  • The other is your archive master, which the client will retain for long-term storage. See LINK for archive drive.
  • As an additional service, Radiant provides an LTO-9 long-term tape archive backup option for a fee.
  • Following the delivery of client footage, Radiant holds onto the footage for a maximum duration of 30 days.

Delivery/Post Production

  • Downloading Footage: within 24 to 48 hours following the shoot, Radiant initiates the transfer of footage to the client's working hard drive as well as their long-term archival storage.
  • Dailies / Proxy Stitches: after the successful transfer and securement of the footage, Radiant will deliver low-resolution proxy stitches for the client's review, adhering to the same 24 to 48-hour timeframe.
  • Client Selects: Please refer to the sample Google Document of client selects to initiate the work order: (See the sample sheet for reference LINK)
  • Delivery schedule: To ensure adherence to the delivery schedule, it is crucial that the client promptly provides their selections. Any delays in submitting these selections may result in extra costs or compromise the feasibility of meeting the delivery timeline.
  • Upon client selects: Radiant provides an estimate and project completion timeline. Typically, we allocate 24-48 hours for each minute of selected footage, factoring in our current availability and existing commitments.
  • Stitched processed footage: priced on a per-minute basis, with charges applied in 30-second increments.
  • Discounted rates are available: For any selected footage totaling over 10 minutes.
  • Delivery Turnaround: Typically ranges from 24 to 48 hours per minute, with a minimum total delivery time of at least 48 hours.
  • Delivery Methods: available in two methods: one via client-provided physical hard drive, and the other through Dropbox or the client's preferred cloud storage platform.
  • Cloud upload: Kindly be aware that uploading to the cloud requires an additional 24 hours. Generally, upload times may vary.
  • Pre-light: Radiant highly recommends involving our post-supervisor in your pre-light preparations to guarantee a smooth transition. This service will be billed at the daily rate.
  • For a seamless post process: It's essential that the client submits all required documentation on time. Failure to do so can lead to significant delays, affecting the delivery schedule and potentially incurring additional costs.
