Custom Options

Format Options & Metadada.

You can request formats and specifics beyond the options we offer. Most add-ons and special requests will not affect the order price, except those requiring extra staff work, rendering time, or both. If we can't fulfill your exact request, we'll provide a detailed explanation via email and work with you to find an alternative solution.

When making a special request, please explain your goals and reasons for the custom specifications. This helps our team find alternatives if your request is impractical or infeasible within the given timeframe. You do not need to share client or project details, just the technical explanations of your goals. This ensures we understand your needs and can expedite the process efficiently.

Special Request (Extra info).

As mentioned above, prices are dynamic based on the request's complexity and time required. Delivery time is similarly affected, and requests can be altered or denied. However, we will always stay in touch and ensure your needs are met.

Complex requests such as VFX, Color Correction/Grading, GFX, and other intricate work will take longer to review, approve, and deliver, with corresponding price increases. You can expect up to 10 business days for review before we start the process and provide a new price. We will do our best to meet your budget.

Metadata injection for VR or machine learning purposes is also available. We deliver plates for any purpose and will work closely with you to ensure your requirements are fulfilled.

Prices & Evaluation.

Our pricing is dynamic, based on the complexity, scarcity, and length of each plate. Different formats and resolutions also affect the price, with higher resolutions and larger formats costing more. You can mix and match to meet your budget, such as a high-resolution file with a smaller container.

Bit depth, alpha channels, Framerate, Proxies, Color Space, Pixel Aspect Ratio, and other specifications can be requested at no extra cost through a Special Request. Once we evaluate and approve your request, we’ll provide a new price. We can’t give exact prices without specifics, but you can expect an estimate within 20% of the current value. If the special request requires additional rendering time and detail work, we may charge more. If the cost exceeds 20%, we will contact you to discuss your needs and negotiate a fair price and deadline.

Delivery Time.

Delivery times depend on our team receiving, evaluating, and processing your request before sending it to the render team. If you purchase a full plate without special requests, you'll get immediate access. For custom orders, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days, though we often deliver much sooner, sometimes within the same day or the next.

The 3-business-day deadline is the maximum, with most orders delivered faster. Factors that may slow down delivery include processing the request, rendering time, and uploading time. If we cannot meet the deadline for any reason, you will automatically receive full plate access at the highest resolution or a full refund. We will also try to inform you in advance of any potential delays and work with you to find the best solution.

Extra Labor if Needed

In some cases, the price of your project might fluctuate based on the complexity of your request. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Specialized Requests: If your project requires us to source new or non-existent resources, or if it involves creating something entirely new, additional expertise and labor may be required.
  • 3D Implementations or Overlays: Any extra work with VFX, Compositing or Extra renders can be Requested. At additional custom prices.
  • Workflow Modifications: Requests that require significant modifications to our existing workflows, such as integrating new technologies or custom processes, may incur extra costs.
  • Complexity and Feasibility: If the scope of your request is particularly challenging, it may impact both the timeline and the cost. We will assess the feasibility and determine whether we can accommodate your needs.
  • Expert Staff Involvement: Engaging specialized staff to handle complex tasks or unique requirements will affect the overall cost of the project.

We are committed to transparency and communication. If your request requires extra labor:

  • We will review the request thoroughly.
  • Our team will get in touch with you to discuss the specifics, potential costs, and any challenges.
  • You will receive a detailed explanation and an updated quote.
  • You will have the opportunity to confirm or decline the additional services based on the new information.

Our goal is to ensure that you are fully informed and confident in the services we provide. If we determine that we cannot fulfill your request, we will explain why and work with you to find the best possible alternative.

Legal & Support

Important Information

It is very important to take time during the plate selection. In most cases, plates need to be precisely shaped to meet your goals and tailored exactly for your production or type of work. Resolution and frame rate are crucial. Many of our clients come to us after buying plates from other websites or sources because they look good or are cheaper, only to find that the plates are unusable when they reach the LED volume stage. For professional purposes, you need a professional selection.

If all of the extra information seems overwhelming, here is a simple guideline: if you don't plan to alter the footage in any way or need anything other than the options we provide on the direct purchase or custom order, none of the special order implications and rules apply.

Request + Information

Need more details or have specific questions? Getting in touch with us is quick and easy. Follow these steps to request any information you need:
